Site Radar or Site Selection

Once you have created a project and pressed “New Experiment”, you are required to choose an experiment type: “Site Radar” or “Site Selection”.

• Select “Site Radar” if you do not have a reference ligand and want to generate potential binding sites de novo using the Site Radar module.
• Select “Site Selection” if you want to work with a binding site that is determined based on a reference ligand. You can either upload it as an .sdf file or use a ligand that was previously added during the project setup.
